whats upppp! its been.... erm..... ...... 2 DAYS! since STATE CAMP!!! (yay!) Doesnt home just feel awesome right now? LOL. ahhhh warm showers...... yummy....
right... I'm pretty sure every1's missing it already right?? ( i know i haven't......) AHAHAAHAHAH just kidding >P =X
anyways....
State camp was a awesome experience!! everyone had their ups... and their downs... but in the end, we still made thro it all smelling like cows =D (yay us!)
Here's a list of highlights for camp if u missed it (or u suffer from short term memory lost)
- meeting our group members! (come on.... they weren't THAT bad....)
- drawing the group flag and creating a cheer!
- 2 hours of stoning!!! =D
- studying The Order of St John (helllllllll yeaaaaaaaah... you know it was kick ass!)
- watching kar keong and shawn hump. (yes... it happened)
- awesome food! (tho lacking alot of it)
- SHOWER HEADS IN THE TOILETS
- cursing when the water died.
- obstacle course
- cursing when the water died after the obstacle course
- water crossing
- jungle trekking
- watching grace whine and cry bout the leeches. ahahahahahaha..... classic.
- backwoods (fried chicken!)
- sheltering from the rain in the canteen
- discovering our luggage were 50% made from water after the rain =D!!!
- CAMP FIRE NIGHT!!!!!!!
- area performances!
- closing ceremony x)
- LAST OF ALL.... DU's crap talking in canteen every night!! (we should have this for division camp)
MY main highlight was campfire night! the committee made this huge fireball which was almost identical to ours. but that was only the start! THEN.... came the area performances!!
For those who dont know.... this is the part where each area had to go on stage and perform for every1. As Sir Manimaran said.. this year's performances was probably the BEST TO DATE!!!! (saaaaaaay whaaaaaaat??!!! :O)
and MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL..... KSTU(that's us) FRIGGING WONNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *cue awesome music* YEAH!!!
And yes..... i know, i know... tho it was seaport's presentation, but still...... cmon on guys.... it's still KSTU!! so drinks all around!!!! :D
we had this hilarious skit...... whereas the second and third placers (KSS and KPS) did a number of dances. so yeah...... *PWNED*
anyways... now to the badges....
so this year we had 6 badges as usual... which was...

- Personal Survival & Life Saving
- Crafts
- Signaling
- Cookery and Nutrition
yes i know!!! Crafts looks awesome right??!! lol.... anyways every1's gotta pass ALL SIX BADGES!!!! OKAY???!!!!!! OR WE'LL RIP U TO PIECES!!!!! no pressure. lol
Lastly.... i'm pretty sure that all of us who went to camp shares this..... but when i was in camp.... i was always looking forward to when all the DU peeps could gather together....
this made me realise how much i appreciate our division and for its awesomeness.... so yeah.... no1 forget that right??!!!
