Cadet Efficiency

For efficiency, Cadets are required to:

1. Pass an annual re-examination in Basic Life Support as part of their normal training programme. 
2. Be present at the Annual Divisional Inspection (While a State/Regional/Area Review may be counted as this for efficiency, once in three years, permission must first be obtained from the State/Regional Commander).
3. Attend not less than twelve Divisional meetings.
4. Carry out their SJAM obligations to the satisfaction of their officers.
5. Volunteer for a minimum of 10 duty hours a year.

Efficiency for the Year of Joining:

1. Join not later than 30 September
2. Passed the Essentials of First Aid examination.
3. Attend the Annual Divisional Inspection (if held after day of joining).
4. Attend 12 Divisional meetings.
